Since the inception of Prologue, we knew we want a way for our most loyal customers to be at the heart of everything we did. From there, Prologue Society began forming in a our mind - a membership programme that made everyone in it a VIP.

Yes, anytime and your membership will still be active to the end of your term. If a Founding Member cancels, however, they will lose their Founding status if they were to join again in the future.

For the most part, no. Things like our monthly drink and annual personal shopping session don't roll over to a subsequent month/year. This is primarily due to capacity constraints- it would be too tricky for us to manage stock and team members needed if they did.

Following in the tradition of storied membership clubs, we want to make sure we can build a sustainable programme for everyone and provide the best benefits we can. To do that, we need the time an annual membership brings.

However, we don't want the upfront payment to be a barrier to people joining so please email us (hello@prologuebooks.co.uk) and we will see what we can do to help.

We will be hosting an exclusive first-look for Prologue Society members on the evening of the 25th September before we open to the general public on the 26th. Full details are still to be confirmed, but expect drinks, books and plenty of fun as we show off the space for the first time.

Tickets to the event will be free but balloted owing to the level of demand we expect, and we will try to squeeze as many people in as possible! 

We will be giving plenty of notice of the details and dates of each event, so you're able to save the time nice and early. The quarterly events are not mandatory, you're welcome to dip in and out as you please!
